Shipping Addresses for Condos & Apartments

If you live in a condo or apartment with a gated community, we recommend that you have a rental PO Box (postal box) at your post office. Use the PO Box as your address so that you can pick it up at the post office. Otherwise, if the delivery person is unable to reach you at your condo or apartment to attempt the delivery, it may be returned back. We do not accept any refunds and additional shipping charges may be incurred if the item is returned back. 

Production & Delivery Times

All items are custom printed in the United States. It takes on average 5 business days for printing production. After production, it would then be shipped out which would usually take another approximately 10-15 business days for destinations to United States. Business days are Mondays to Fridays and excludes holidays and weekends.

Please note that due to COVID and lockdowns in various regions, shipping may be delayed.
